I love searching out unusual coin that make beautiful rings and other things. (It's turned into a bit of obsession if I'm being honest)I've been a professional musician for most of my life, my dad and granddad and grandma also played music for a living, so I guess you could say it's the "Family Business"! What I got from my mum is my love of making things, growing up we were a poor family, it was all make do and mend, before buying anything we would always try to make, adapt or repurpose something to do the job first.Unfortunately,due to illness, I have to cut back on the amount of gigs I can do.I needed to find something I could do to make a living sitting down! So turned to my other passion, making things. I love the intricate designs on the coins and figuring out how to make the best out of them.So the one thing you can be sure of is, all the things I make are made from a place of love for the craft and made to the best of my ability.All my jewellery is hand made by me, using traditional tools, then hand finished again by me on my floating workshop somewhere on the Grand Union Canal. This makes every piece unique and completely one of a kind.
